Subject: [PATCH] Alchemy: dbdma: add API to delete custom DDMA device ids.

Add API to delete custom DDMA device ids created with
au1xxx_ddma_device_add(), to avoid filling the ddma id table by repeatedly
loading/unloading a module using this function.
