ok, I have git bisected again:
root@...imero:/tmp/GIT/herbert# git bisect bad
Bisecting: 3176 revisions left to test after this
[fde3571fd8613483f1203d11394ae316c6b79a03] iwlwifi: avoid firmware
command sending if rfkill is enabled
and then copied always the two files from 2.6.25
xfrm4_tunnel.c and ipcomp.c
now this kernel is up for 4 hours (at least it
doesn't crash at startup)
