It seems to me that's just an MIT variant, identical to what Fedora
calls the "Modern Style with sublicense"
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing/MIT which is GPL compatible
according to the FSF at least (although the FSF prefers that it not be
called "the MIT license" for various reasons).
