Subject: [PATCH 1/2] cciss: resubmit add new hardware support

PATCH 1/2
Patch supercedes the previous 1/2. Busted, didn't compile test the previous
patch. :(

This patch adds support for the next generation of HP Smart Array SAS/SATA
controllers. Shipping date is late Fall 2008. Please consider this for
inclusion.
