It is Gentoo; gcc version 4.1.2 (Gentoo 4.1.2 p1.0.1); sys-devel/kgcc64-4.1.2.
I cross-compiled it as you advised me:
make -j2 CROSS_COMPILE=sparc64-unknown-linux-gnu- image modules &&
sudo make modules_install

Config is in attachment.

Download attachment "sparky-config.gz" of type "application/x-gzip" (6202 bytes)
