Please note that Arcom is now part of Eurotech group and has changed
name to Eurotech (Ltd./Inc.). This is the updated link for the
product : http://www.eurotech.com/EN/products.aspx?pg=VIPER&pc=357

Marc, we very much appreciate your efforts. We have not integrated any
of our boards mainline, mostly because we think reference designs
are more appropriate there than custom designs.
Can any subsystem maintainers let us know about their views on this?

Two other thing to note are :
1. Viper, a PXA255 design, is past it's peak now (in terms of
lifecycle/development) and we advise newer PC104 form-factor
implementations to use Titan which is a PXA270 design
(http://www.eurotech.com/EN/products.aspx?pg=TITAN&pc=359).

2. If it is ok to merge the support but requires our review and testing,
I would try my best to put some time into it ASAP. Though I must admit
we might have bandwidth issues keeping up with the mainline. But Marc,
I assume, is stepping up for this part.
