Subject: [PATCH 4/4] include/linux/hdreg.h: remove unused defines

* Move HD_IRQ define to drivers/block/hd.c (only user).

* Remove unused *_STAT, *_ERR, HD_*, CD, IO, REL and TAG_MASK defines.
