This breaks `make M=...'
With i386 allmodconfig,
akpm2:/usr/src/25> make M=drivers/rtc
WARNING: Symbol version dump /usr/src/devel/Module.symvers
is missing; modules will have no dependencies and modversions.

-w, --warnings Enable warnings
-q, --quiet Disable warnings (default)
-h, --help Print this message
-V, --version Print the release version
