Subject: [Patch 2/6] MIPS: Add HARDWARE_WATCHPOINTS definitions and support
 code.

Add HARDWARE_WATCHPOINTS definitions and support code.

This is the main support code for the patch.  Here we just add the
code, the following patches hook it up.
