Subject: [PATCH v3 0/4] FHCI USB Host support patches

Hi all,

Thanks for the comments on the previous version, here is the
updated patch set, v3:

- use list_for_each*() where appropriate;
- improve error checking in the fhci_start();
- improve qe_gpio_set_dedicated patch's description.
