Subject: 2.6.27-rc7: unsafe lock order/inconsistent lock state after removing multipath device

I needed to quickly check some things on multipath; I only had available
notebook with USB stick so I arranged for single path multipath with
faked WWID (which worked by the way).

Testing what happans when last path is lost, I started IO from dm and
removed USB stick. It resulted in quite a long kernel warning about
unsafe lock order. I tested several times and once more got warning
about possible inconsistent lock state.

I attach 2 logs with kernel output (one of them includes dmesg from boot)
and kernel config. Please let me now if additional information is required.
