Hm, it already has this dependancy.  In drivers/staging/slicoss/Kconfig
we have:
	config SLICOSS
		tristate "Alacritech Gigabit IS-NIC support"
		depends on PCI && X86 && NETDEV_1000

So we should be fine here.
