Subject: OProfile circular lock & crash

Hi

While just doing a simple oprofiling with 2.6.28-rc4 yesterdays git
head f21f237cf55494c3a4209de323281a3b0528da10

I've got appended messages - the first INFO trace is probably a result
of opreport command which has created a core

The second fault BUG was the result of running a command with started
oprofiling.
(Spinlock trace error is my internal checker and just shows ongoing
problem after the first BUG)

The final part was that machine could not be turned off while it
staying in docking station (T61) no matter how long I've pressed power
button.
(Maybe it might have something commong with the following acpi error trace ??)

input: Virtual ThinkFinger Keyboard as /devices/virtual/input/input10
hda-intel: IRQ timing workaround is activated for card #0. Suggest a
bigger bdl_pos_adj.
oprofile: using NMI interrupt.
