One more thing, I didn't mentioned that "increment cgroup's refcnt"
My intention was to "increment subsystem's private refcnt".
Sorry for bad text.
"Increaseing cgroup's refcnt" is bad because the user may see unexpected -EBUSY.
Just delaying free() is better (and I'll use free by RCU.)
