'plx_lock' is only used within hfcmulti.c.

Fix this warning:

  drivers/isdn/hardware/mISDN/hfcmulti.c:176:1: warning: symbol 'plx_lock' shadows an earlier one
  drivers/isdn/hardware/mISDN/hfcmulti.c:175:19: originally declared here
