Subject: [PATCH 06 of 14] swiotlb: allow architectures to override
phys<->bus<->phys conversions
From: Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@...rix.com>
Architectures may need to override these conversions. Implement a
__weak hook point containing the default implementation.
