Subject: [PATCH] ftrace: introduce tracing_reset_online_cpus() helper

From: Pekka Enberg <penberg@...helsinki.fi>

This patch factors out common code from multiple tracers into a
tracing_reset_online_cpus() function and converts the tracers to use it.
