Subject: [PATCH] [LIO-Target]: Update core data structures and defines
This patch removes structure members from iscsi_cmd_t, iscsi_session_t,
iscsi_node_acl_t and iscsi_portal_group_t that have been made generic
in their target_core_base.h: se_* prefix'ed counterparts.
This patch also adds a iscsi_logout_t structure that will be needed later.
