Subject: [GIT PULL] cputime patches for 2.6.29 take 2

Hi Linus,

I fixed the merge conflicts of the cputime branch with the latest
upstream git and added a bug fix to "improve idle cputime accounting".
The story is the same, second try:

Please pull from 'cputime' branch of

	git://git390.osdl.marist.edu/pub/scm/linux-2.6.git cputime

to receive the following updates:

Martin Schwidefsky (6):
fix scaled & unscaled cputime accounting
      idle cputime accounting
      improve precision of process accounting.
improve precision of idle time detection.
      improve idle cputime accounting
      fast vdso implementation for CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID
