Subject: [PATCH -tip] x86: irq_32.c fix style problems

Impact: cleanup, fix style problems, more readable

Fixes style problems:
WARNING: Use #include <linux/uaccess.h> instead of <asm/uaccess.h>
ERROR: "(foo*)" should be "(foo *)"
ERROR: space required after that ',' (ctx:VxV)

total: 5 errors, 1 warnings
