Hi Uwe,

unfortunately, a bunch of patches that Jesper merged into his tree before 
handing trivial tree maintainership over to me got lost when gmail 
discontinued Jesper's mail account.

I'd like to ask you to resend any unmerged patches you have, I'll process 
them properly.
