Subject: [PATCH 107/114] x86: cleanup, introduce CONFIG_NON_STANDARD_PLATFORMS
Introduce a Y/N Kconfig option for non-PC x86 platforms.
Make VisWS, RDC321 and SGI/UV depend on this.
