Subject: [PATCH] sh: maple: Add support for VMU devices (v4) [2/3]

Changes to the Maple bus driver to support the VMU.

The Maple bus is SEGA's proprietary serial bus on the Dreamcast.

These changes allow the bus to robustly support devices that may
asynchronously make requests (eg for block reads and writes) and not
simply reply on periodic polling for device information.

The code has also been tidied in an effort to make it easier to
understand and maintain.
