Subject: DRDY ata message > 2.6.24.7-rt14, not before.
Hello,
I've had a problem since 2.6.24.7-rt14 that has kept me from updating.
I'm not sure when it started, that's to say this could have begun in
2.6.26 and I wouldn't know for sure, as I don't upgrade often on this
computer. As far as I know, I can't bisect this problem as it refuses
to allow me to unmount my large filesystem and I would like to prevent
any problems as far as that goes. I'd like to make as few boots into
this kernel as possible, and I need to know what is necessary to debug
this problem or is this just a symptom of hardware going bad?
If it's a symptom of hardware going bad, I guess this wasn't checked
for in the 2.6.24.7-rt14 kernel? BTW- 2.6.24.7-rt14 kernel has been up
50 days at a time, with no instability, only coming down for upgrade
attempts or moves.
Thanks! Help! ;)
