Subject: [PATCH] tracing: Don't assume possible cpu list have contenious number

"for (++cpu ; cpu < num_possible_cpus(); cpu++)" statement assume
possible cpus have contenious number. but that's wrong assumption.

Insted, cpumask_next() should be used.
