Subject: [PATCH 1/2] x86: unify kmap_atomic_pfn() and
	iomap_atomic_prot_pfn()

kmap_atomic_pfn() and iomap_atomic_prot_pfn() are almost same except
pgprot. This patch removes the code duplication for these two functions.
