Subject: [PATCH 20/24] xen/sys/hypervisor: change writable_pt to features

From: Jeremy Fitzhardinge <jeremy.fitzhardinge@...rix.com>

/sys/hypervisor/properties/writable_pt was misnamed. Rename to features,
expressed as a bit array in hex.
