tracing/core: fix early free of cpumasks

Impact: fix crashes when tracing cpumasks

While ring-buffer allocation, the cpumasks are allocated too,
including the tracing cpumask and the per-cpu file mask handler.
But these cpumasks are freed accidentally just after.
Fix it.
