Subject: modules.dep not found

I have seen "modules.dep not found" in boot time, but CONFIG_MODULES=y
in my .config

And:
$ ls /lib/modules/2.6.28.9/
build  kernel         modules.ccwmap  modules.ieee1394map
modules.isapnpmap  modules.order   modules.seriomap  modules.usbmap
extra  modules.alias  modules.dep     modules.inputmap     modules.ofmap
      modules.pcimap  modules.symbols   source

What I doing wrong?

.config is attached

Regards,
Renato
