I see ACPI: EC: GPE storm detected, transactions will use polling mode
which might cause stuck-age(try booting without the battery), as for
the kernel itself I had no issue with all the way up to
2.6.29-rc8-00302-ge2fad3f
(a few hours before the initial release of 2.6.29)
