Subject: [PATCH -tip 6/6 V4] tracing: kprobe-tracer plugin supports arguments

Support following probe arguments and add fetch functions on kprobe-tracer.
  %REG  : Fetch register REG
  sN : Fetch Nth entry of stack (N >= 0)
  @ADDR : Fetch memory at ADDR (ADDR should be in kernel)
  @SYM[+|-offs] : Fetch memory at SYM +|- offs (SYM should be a data symbol)
  aN    : Fetch function argument. (N >= 0)
  rv    : Fetch return value.
  ra    : Fetch return address.
  +|-offs(FETCHARG) : fetch memory at FETCHARG +|- offs address.

changes from v3.1:
 - remove arch-dep code.
 - aN start with a0 instead of a1.
 - include symbol value fetching support.
 - support name based register fetching. (and remove rN)
 - support recursive indirect memory fetching.
