Subject: [PATCH 1/3] tracing/filters: don't remove old filters when failed
 to write subsys->filter

If writing subsys->filter returns EINVAL or ENOSPC, the original
filters in subsys/ and subsys/events/ will be removed. This is
definitely wrong.
