Subject: diff between asm-generic and x86 headers

Since I haven't received any feedback on the contents of my
proposed generic header files, here is a diff relative to the
existing x86 headers, to make it easier to review.

I tried to use either the most sensible or the most common
implementation for each part of the ABI, in some cases
(e.g. unistd.h) rewriting the file from scratch.
