Subject: [PATCH v2] tracing/events: Documentation updates
- fix some typos
- document the difference between '>' and '>>'
- document the 'enable' toggle
- remove section "Defining an event-enabled tracepoint", since it's
out-dated and sample/trace_events/ already serves this purpose.
