Subject: [PATCH 4/4] ide: add IDE_DFLAG_NIEN_QUIRK device flag
Add IDE_DFLAG_NIEN_QUIRK device flag and use it instead of
drive->quirk_list.
There should be no functional changes caused by this patch.
