Subject: [RFC PATCH 1/X] ptrace: tracehooks: do not use task->ptrace
	directly

s/->ptrace/task_ptrace()/ in tracehook.h as a preparation for the future
changes.

Also, microoptimize tracehook_prepare_clone() for the common non-ptraced
case.
