Pekka's patch already made kmalloc before early_irq_init()/init_IRQ...

we can clean up alloc_desc_masks and
alloc_cpumask_var_node could be much simplified too.

[PATCH] x86: remove some alloc_bootmem_cpumask_var calling

except some is called from setup_percpu_area...
