Subject: [GIT PULL REPOST] xen/dom0/core - core Xen dom0 support changes

Hi Ingo,

This is the 3rd? 4th? repost of the core Xen dom0 changes.  This is
unchanged from the last posting, and it has no outstanding issues.

The branch makes the bare changes to allow a Linux kernel to boot as dom0
Xen kernel.  It is sufficient to get the kernel started and to print on
the console.

Please pull it into tip.git as x86/xen/dom0/core.
