Subject: [PATCH 09/23] x86/oprofile: remove MSR macros for AMD cpus
The macros CTRL_READ() and CTRL_WRITE() make the code hard to read and
maintain. This patch replaces them by rdmsr()/wrmsr() functions and
simplifies the code.
