Subject: [PATCH] kfifo: Use "const" definitions

From: Alan Cox <alan@...ux.intel.com>

Currently kfifo cannot be used by parts of the kernel that use "const"
properly as kfifo itself does not use const for passed data blocks which
are indeed const.
