Subject: HTC Dream: qdsp & smd support for staging

From: San Mehat <san@...roid.com>, Brian Swetland <swetland@...gle.com>, Iliyan Malchev <ibm@...roid.com>

SMD / QDSP code is neccessarry for communication with many hardware
components on HTC Dream, including camera hardware.

(This is not yet hooked into build system; I am hooking it with single
line patch in arch/arm/mach-msm, otherwise it breaks boot. I'll have
to investigate that. Hopefully it is acceptable for now.)
