tracing/filter: Remove empty subsystem and its directory

Remove empty subsystem and its directory when module unload.

Before patch:
 # rmmod trace-events-sample.ko
 # ls sample
 enable  filter

After patch:
 # rmmod trace-events-sample.ko
 # ls sample
 ls: cannot access sample: No such file or directory
