Subject: [PATCH 2/3] pda-power: EXPORT_SYMBOL cleanups

While I'm at it, cleanup the power supply code so that EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL
appears directly after the symbole declaration. checkpatch.pl wants it
that way.
