Subject: [PATCH] posix-timers: fix oops in clock_nanosleep() with CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW

Prevent calling do_nanosleep() with clockid CLOCK_MONOTONIC_RAW, it may
cause oops, such as NULL pointer dereference.
