Hi John,
Our problem is related to: "2.6.30.1-4 kernels freezes dual pentium-3
system" (http://marc.info/?t=124928942600006&r=1&w=2)
This email is to relate those two problems.
I have seen reports of a "clocksource unstable" message before the
system crashes / hangs. I changed the default clocksource from tsc to
jiffies, but the system still crashes / hangs.
Good to know: I see these "clocksource unstable" messages because I
have my syslog-ng sending messages to /dev/tty12
