Subject: [PATCH] oom: remove unnecessary task->sighand->siglock grabbing.
Oleg Nesterov get_oom_adj() doesn't need grab task->sighand->siglock.
tasklist_lock already prevent any race.
This patch remove its unnecessary lock.
