Subject: [RFC PATCH tracing/kprobes 1/5] tracing/kprobes: Rename special
	variables syntax

Add $ prefix to the special variables(e.g. sa, rv) of kprobe-tracer.
This resolves consistency issue between kprobe_events and perf-kprobe.
