Create following hierarchy

  /cgroup/A     .... use_hierarchy=1, softlimit=300M, no task
            /01  .... add task which use much memory
            /02  .... no task
          B     .... add task which use much memory

Then, kswapd will reclaim memory from A/01.

I couldn't reproduce this. I doubt ,y own patch may affect.
