Subject: [PATCH 4/9 v2] swap_info: miscellaneous minor cleanups

Move CONFIG_HIBERNATION's swapdev_block() into the main CONFIG_HIBERNATION
block, remove extraneous whitespace and return, fix typo in a comment.
