Subject: [PATCH v3] ftrace: Add timer-source of walltime

We can add a timer-source for ftrace to support wall-time display.

We can get following output:
 # cd /mnt/debugfs/tracing/
 # cat trace_clock
 [local] global walltime
 # echo function > current_tracer
 # head trace
 # tracer: function
 #
 # TASK-PID CPU# TIMESTAMP FUNCTION
 # | | | | |

             sshd-2644 [000] 15567.508304: core_sys_select <-sys_select
             sshd-2644 [000] 15567.508306: get_fd_set <-core_sys_select

 # echo walltime > trace_clock

Changelog:
v1->v2: Rebase to top of tip tree.
v2->v3: Use lockless __current_kernel_time() instead of xtime tracepoint
